FAQ

What vaccines are required?

We require all dogs to have their annual booster vaccination and Kennel Cough vaccination. (If in doubt, consult your veterinarian). NB: Inoculation against Kennel Cough must be given at least 2 weeks before boarding commences, and will protect your pet for 1 year. We require cats to have an annual booster vaccine.

Do I have to produce proof of vaccination?

Yes.

Does my pet need to be neutered

NO, but dogs can be neutered at around 1-year-old or advised by your vet. If your Male dog causes a nuisance with other dogs, we will convey this to you. If you have a female and she is not neutered, you must make us aware of this.

What do I have to bring with my pet?

Up to date Vaccine record and food for duration of their stay. Please provide food for duration of their stay either in a plastic container or the full bag, do not individually bag the food. No beds/blankets are required as we provide these.

Is it necessary to bring dog food?

Yes it is best practice to maintain the same diet as home. Please provide food for duration of their stay either in a plastic container or the full bag, do not individually bag the food.

How often are pets fed?

As often as they are at home. Again, please advise us accordingly.

Do you board cats?

Yes.

What are your opening hours?

Morning – 7:30am to 11:00am daily.
Evening – 4:00pm to 6:00 pm daily.

Do you offer a collection and drop off service?

Yes, we provide a collection and drop off service for both cats and dogs. We charge €35 per trip within a 10 mile radius. Further distances will be charged accordingly.

How much notice do you need for bookings?

Busy periods coincide with weekends & school holidays, so substantial notice is advised.
